I didn't want to touch on this topic but since the last few days it's been pretty annoying to me I'm just gonna say what I think ..
Suggestions:
- improve the rate of +15 from 10% to 20%(or from 10 to 15)
- the master formula should be 2 to 3 levels, remove the 1 upp

Reasons
-First of all Ik it's a matter of luck, and that you need to be lucky and all that's stuff, but its changes when I see other people and my self wasting around 100 tincs and the item only passes +15 a couple of times..
- the +15 is currently 10% which means that with potion we have 20% of upping, it's just too low, I you make it 20%(or 15) normal then with potion we would have 40%(30) chance to hit, which would be much better... The only reason I only talk about +15 it's because at +17 +18 and +19 are when the odds are really low and I agree that they are low but it's way too fucking frustrating when you sweat to get past 15 just to go to this harder odds just to get back at +13 or +15 and you need to pray that your item gets past 15 again... That's why I think a little better rate on +15 would make the system way better and less frustrating

- about the formulas..... Touching on the first topic, first you have to be fucking super lucky to get your item to upp, imagine you are on +19 you have 2%( with potion), and if you hit you still have to go through the luck of getting that 33% of getting 3 levels, or at least pray it didn't upped 1 lvl... Instead if we had 2 to 3 levels it would get rid of all that shit of +11 to +12, +13 to +14 and the hardest one +15 to +16 which is the most annoying since getting away from +15 is a nightmare...

I'm not trying to take the old-school feel away, I'm just trying to make it less frustrating and actually enjoyable, because I fucking love to upp, but not when I waste 100tincs to only get past from +15 5 or so times just to fail on +17 or to go from +15 to +16..
